• Finance and Billing—These groups are dedicated to maintaining the financial health of the company. Typical jobs may include Accounts Receivable Representatives, Billing Clerks, File Clerks and Accounts Payable Coordinators.
• Customer Service—Although the entire company is devoted to customer service by providing quality care in our patients' homes, the Customer Service Department is responsible for taking phone orders from physicians and various referral sources, answering patient questions, certifying plans of care and arranging for delivery of orders. The Customer Service Department may include Customer Services Representatives, Quality Assurance Analysts and Documentation Specialists.
• Medical Equipment Technicians—These employees deliver equipment to our patients' homes. They are responsible for the set-up of equipment and instruct patients and caregivers on its proper use. They provide frontline, in-person customer service with our patients on a daily basis.
• Respiratory Care Practitioners—These professionals provide education and care planning to all our respiratory patients based on their individual needs.
• I.V. Certified Nurses—Our nurses provide direct patient care, including assessment and medication administration to our infusion therapy patients.
• Clinical Pharmacists—These employees manage the prescribed medication therapies of our infusion therapy patients to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Pharmacy Technicians—These employees prepare infusion admixtures under the supervision of our pharmacists.
• Rehabilitation Technicians—These employees perform customized fittings and repair work for various assistive technologies.
• Warehouse Staff and Technicians—Our warehouse employees perform maintenance and repair of respiratory and home medical equipment in preparation for home delivery.
• Sales—Our sales staff meets with potential and existing customers to increase our base of business. Customers include physicians, hospital personnel and managed care organizations.
• Corporate Staff—The corporate staff works out of our headquarters in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Positions on this staff include Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing and Patient Service Support.
